Yes- this would warrant an ex parte hearing as she interfering with your visitations. Ask for attorney's fees and for a change in custody too if...

If you are not asking for attorney's fees or support, then it would not normally need to be filed.
Can a couple file for summary dissolution of marriage in CA if husband owns a house? He owned prior to marriage.

It will remain separate property. Wife will be entitled to something back if the community paid money to pay for or improve the separate property....

Cost will depend on the length of the agreement and the time spent. You should find an attorney near you and ask to do it on a flat fee.
