Michelle Rene' Albright

Michelle R. Albright is an experienced family law attorney with Forester Purcell Stowell PC, representing clients through all aspects of premarital, dissolution, custody, support, property, domestic violence, and guardianship issues. As a divorcee and single mom with firsthand experience of the toll a separation can take, she identifies with her clients going through one of the most difficult times of their lives. The perspective allows Michelle to take a caring yet pragmatic approach, helping her clients repurpose the time and effort they put into their marriages into figuring out the most productive way to move on.

With an emphasis on divorce and family law cases, Michelle adds more than a decade of experience to the FPS attorney team. She began her legal career at Downey Brand LLP in the Family Law Department, held positions with the State of California and the Placer County District Attorney’s Office, and has spent time building family law divisions at several Roseville-area general practice firms.

In between family time and client time, Michelle gives back to the legal community through service on the Boards of Directors for the Placer County Law Library and the Placer County Bar Association. Beyond her law practice, she enjoys practicing yoga, touring the concert scene with friends, and spending time with her son, five siblings and extended family.
