Jennifer holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Master of Education from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from UC Davis.
Jennifer embarked on her legal journey as a second career, is a former cancer researcher, award winning educator, military spouse, and mother. Jennifer became interested in family law after going through a divorce and experiencing the longterm positive outcomes from utilizing the mediation process with her own family.
With a decade of experience across courtrooms in over 15 California counties, Jennifer has handled numerous high-conflict custody and visitation cases, high-asset divorces involving expert testimony, and sensitive matters involving domestic violence, substance abuse, child safety, and parental abductions. Jennifer started the Law Office of Jennifer J Moore in 2020 to provide families with sensible, child-centered, family law mediation and litigation services to help families navigate the complex and emotionally charged legal matters with clarity and compassion.
