Sorry about the lengthy review, but I hope this can help others in selecting your attorney. After searching and reading several articles for my legal needs and reviews of attorneys’ firms and profiles, we decided to work with the Sapphire Law Group. I contacted Sapphire Law office and Meighan, th...e firm’s Paralegal/Office Manager, responded promptly to our inquiry. Meighan was very organized in the process where she sent us documents and detailed instructions of what we needed to do to move forward. We filled out a sort of an intake form, which is an excellent form by the way, where we used to fill out all necessary information needed for our documents. Meighan also provided us with the firm’s secured mail portal and online scheduler where we could conveniently log in to communicate & to book our initial consultation with the firm’s attorney, Heather. Sapphire Law Group is located in a suite of a professional building in Folsom. The office was clean, organized, and of course very professional. It was nice to meet Meighan & Heather for the first time. They both made us feel welcome and at ease, yet still able to maintain their professionalism. This is what we like the most about Sapphire Law Group. We felt that we could talk easily with and ask Heather anything about the laws and our legal matter in particular without feeling intimidated or dumb. We have worked with a few attorneys before and it goes without saying, all attorneys are NOT equal. For us, it is important to work with an attorney that is knowledgeable and professional, yet personable and most importantly the attorney’s ability to explain complicated laws so that we can understand as well as the attorney’s willingness to share information in details about new & current laws that is important for us to know. Heather was able to deliver all that during our 1-hour initial meeting. We walked out of the meeting feeling that we had accomplished a lot in one hour. We had all our questions answered; and more. We felt more informed about the subject matter more than ever after meeting with Heather. To make a long story short, we were able to get our documents completed and signed in less than 4 weeks. Some may think 4 weeks is too long, but that was because of us. We wanted to be extra careful when it comes to something as important as these legal matters that affect your lives in a big way. Heather Johnston and Meighan Justice at Sapphire Law is a great team that did a superb job in providing legal services for me and my family. This law firm was very professional in its service for us from start to end. Heather and Meighan were professional and courteous, who treated us with respect. We have worked with other attorneys before and some tend to be impersonal and at times arrogant in thinking that their clients are dumb and ignorant of the laws. Our goal in seeking help from an attorney was to protect our estate and in the process understand a little more about the current laws. With the help of Heather & Meighan, we were able to accomplish all that in an efficient manner. We were very happy with the legal services from Sapphire Law Group. We are so glad that we found Sapphire Law Group and we will definitely come back to this law firm if and when we need legal services in the future. Of course, we will, without any hesitation at all, highly recommend the Sapphire Law Group to anyone seeking legal services in the business, real estate, and estate planning areas.
