I graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1976 and I got my J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento in 1979. I am a Certified Legal Specialist in Bankruptcy Law, certified by The Board of Legal Specialization of The California State Bar since 2005. I have an AV (highest possible) peer rating from Martindale and Hubbell. I have never filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy were my client was denied a discharge and I have never filed a Chapter 13 where my client did not get a repayment plan confirmed. All of my clients get my personal attention so that their case is handled professionally and succesfully.
