Cyrus Zal

I retained Mr. Zal to represent me and my daughter in a case against the Sacramento City Unified School District. This case included sexual abuse by a teacher against my child and retaliation by other teachers. He kept telling me that he was in the process of filing a claim. Two years passed and not...hing was done. My child kept getting harassed..he did nothing!! Then one day I called him as things were getting bad and he told me that he had dropped my case. He NEVER informed me!! I have asked him fro my file in writing several times and he has not returned it. My child almost lost her life because of this abuse and now I can't even file a lawsuit on most of this because our statues have run out because of his negligence.
