Dunnagan (and other attorneys at BPE Law Group) are exceptionally UNPROFESSIONAL. Although we won our case the cost exceeded $106,000 and took FOUR years to resolve for a simple Residential Partition! Primary evidentiary documentation was only filed after several demands and always late. BPE does N...OT listen to clients. In fact, Dunnagan threatened to file a Cease & Desist Order if we posted any negative reviews of their firm. BPE Law Group will take your money but representation of clients seems to pose a problem at this firm. Don't take my word; do yourself a favor and read the many negative reviews of BPE Law. Many current reviews mirror this - and for good reason; these guys cannot seem to adequately represent most clients. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend these incompetent and nefarious attorneys. You WILL regret it.
