Christopher Alan Price

I graduated second in my High School class of over 700, and then did undergraduate work at the University of California, at Los Angeles, majoring in Political Science and Business and graduating in 1989 in four years. Thereafter, I attended and graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992 and passed the California Bar Exam on the first try.

After passing the California State Bar in 1992, I went to work for my father’s reputable Orange County law firm, Sikora & Price, where I practiced principally business litigation.

In 1996, I moved to the Sacramento area and, with fellow Pepperdine School of Law graduate Craig Ashton, formed the law firm of Ashton & Price. I have been a member in good standing of the California State Bar since 1992, and was admitted to practice before all of the Superior Courts of California and the California Supreme Court, as well all of the Federal District and Appellate Courts of the 9th Circuit.

Ashton & Price has been representing injured victims since 1996. Ashton & Price prides itself on handling all sorts of injury claims, ranging from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic loss and wrongful death, and is experienced at handling a client’s claim from its earliest stages all the way through trial if necessary.

I have been engaged in civil litigation since passing the California State Bar in 1992. Since forming Ashton & Price, I have successfully litigated claims involving motor vehicle accidents, big rig accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, boating accidents, dog bites, products liability, premises liability and slips and falls. I have successfully litigated cases against major corporations and trucking companies, and has successfully litigated claims against the largest insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Farmers Insurance, CSAA, Liberty Mutual and Mercury. Additionally, I have obtained significant results for my clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of many of the largest government entities, including the Federal Government, the State of California, Regional Transit, and the City and County of Sacramento.
