Jennet F Zapata

Ms. Zapata has worked on employment law matters over the past five years. She worked as a law clerk/law graduate at the Shimoda Law Corp. and at the California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. She has handled minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest break cases on an individual and on a class action basis. She litigates discrimination cases based on disability, family leave, sex, race or national origin discrimination, among other categories, in both state and federal court.

Ms. Zapata has experience reviewing severance agreements, and litigation issues over independent contractor agreements, and other breach of contract claims.
