Ann Emanuels

I graduated from Brigham Young University in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Finance and subsequently attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Mailbu, California.  While there I attended one semester abroad in London, England where I studied the English legal system along with other law school classes.  After graduating from Pepperdine in 1987 I began working for the legal defense firm Fonda & Garrard in Santa Monica California and practiced there for 8 years and became a partner.  I was also fortunate to be able to try criminal cases while working in conjunction with the Los Angeles District  Attorney’s Office and I have also taken dozens of personal injury cases to trial statewide.

I am now leveraging my extensive experience as a defense attorney for the benefit of injured people.  I understand the concepts and schemes used by defense attorneys and I am able to help my clients avoid these pitfalls.

I am active with my children in sports that include swimming, diving, soccer and cheerleading and as a result of this I am able to understand the impact that an injury has on working people and I am able to help them get the compensation they deserve.
