In my will it is written there are ten (10) pages. There are only nine. How to correct this without making a new will?

If nothing is actually missing, and it is just a typo, have the attorney correct it.
Is a contract enforceable to me if someone else signed it?

I would fight it. Ask them for signed contract.

It will become a matter of proof. If the carpet is old (10+ years) judges will often side with tenant.

The only thing I could add, and really areas to you, is that odious don't return you will be fired. Talk to a local attorney.
