Replied last September 07, 2022Note to Avvo. I have never represented this individual. In my 25 plus years practicing Domestic Law, I find that often in conflicted marital cases involving domestic violence, the opposing party is frequently unhappy with opposing counsel.

Derraugh made many mistakes on my case which cost me time, energy and money. She would also apologize to the judge for mistakes she had made and ask me to resign documents which were signed months before causing my case to not be finalized.
