Sacramento bankruptcy attorney and co-founder Tommy G. Conlon received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Portland State University. He was admitted to the California Supreme Court and the Eastern District of California Federal Court in 1995 after attending Lincoln Law School in Sacramento where he received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.
