Posted by Sean | August 23, 2026 | Hired Attorney

A man who talks big but won't actually follow through on them. Only good for taking your money.

I hired Mr. Fallman just under a week before my court date for the charge of driving on a suspended license after a DUI, when he convinced me he could get the charge dropped completely. He spoke of how he knows the prosecutor and that they would rather spend their time doing more important things tha...n dealing with my little case. And to not concern myself with it being so close to the actual court date- that if he had not been able to speak to the people at the DA's office that he needs to before then, he would would have my court date postponed until he could do so. None of this happened. My court date arrived, he told me to plea guilty, and that was that. Had he spoken the prosecutor? There wasn't enough time he told me. Would he be asking the judge to postpone today's proceedings? He acted confused as to why I would ask that. I paid him $2000 on his talk of all the things he would and could do so that I would never actually see a judge regarding this matter and he did none of it. It was all a charade to get paid his retainer. I'm not sure if he's a liar and conned me, or he's old and senile such that he didn't remember what he said when I hired him- either way don't be fooled like I was and hire this man.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
