I am an independent attorney with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of legal arenas including business law, litigation, and government law. My diverse experience advising business clients includes working with entrepreneurs selecting and implementing corporate structure to documenting and placing both private financing and SEC filings for large publicly traded corporations.
My objective as an attorney is to provide the highest quality legal services in a comfortable and afordable setting for my clients in which they fully understand their options and are empowered to participate fully in the realization of their legal goals.
