Biography
I conduct my practice with a high degree of ethics and civility. For cases in litigation, I attempt to resolve all my cases for my clients' best interests, and am in favor of early mediation to explore early resolution before legal costs make resolution impracticable. When I represent clients at trial, it is with the knowledge that this is the last resort, and I am always well prepared. As such, I have had a great deal of success for my clients. For non-litigation matters, I enjoy solving complicated situations and crafting unique transactional agreements to suit my clients' individual needs.
