Lori Soloni Varaich

I was referred to Lori by another attorney and was pleasantly surprised when we finally met. She was very easy to talk to and seemed to have a solid background in business related issues. I have been working with Lori for almost the past 4 years. She helped me form a business for my cannabis farm and has worked on reviewing and drafting contracts, explaining the state cannabis regulations that kept changing, applying for trademarks and basically anything else that would come up.
