This attorney and his staff have caused us a great deal of unnecessary and unwarranted stress and frustration. They made multiple errors on legal documents, do not return phone calls or e-mails (for months), and have shown no concern for the needs of their client. Our initial meeting was great, we h...ired them to prepare a trust. We were told this would take 4-6 weeks, instead it took 18 weeks with no valid explanation for the delays. Many errors were made on the trust draft and subsequent trust documentation, caught by us not them. They attempted to bill for time spent correcting their own errors. I called to dispute this and other time billed that was not justified. I sent payment for the initial bill sent to me in December, almost six months ago. Since then I've requested MULTIPLE times by both phone and email a status update with absolutely no response from the attorney or his support staff, all of this while dealing with the loss of our father and mother just five months apart from each other. I wish we'd have known then what we do now which is why I write this, to hopefully save another family from making the same mistake we did.
