I initially hired Neal in 2017 for a power-of-attorney issue/question. Although I had no idea of the gravity of the situation that was unfolding before me, Neal was right on point! He knew exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to correct it. He got it done quickly, professionally, an...d thoroughly. I then needed his services again (2019-2022) as I became the trustee of a rather messy family trust. He guided me through the process, always one step ahead of potential problem makers. We were faced with a difficult situation involving real property, an incomplete trust, no will and the death of the remaining settlor. To exacerbate the situation, the real property had been sold and the deficiencies were discovered by the title company days before the escrow was set to close. Neal... took my call on a Friday. Though nothing could change the eventual probate-related issues, Neal was in constant contact with all of the affected parties, performed his services without delay, represented us in court and solved the situation in the time frame he represented.
