Thomas Joseph Walsh

My office is focused on two areas of the law: estate planning and business law.  I especially enjoy working with the owners of small businesses where I can help my clients protect both their families and their businesses. 

While I work with people from all walks of life and circumstances, I have found that families with minor children are often underserved by the legal profession.  These are the families that I feel are most in the need of quality legal counsel and my goal is to make that counsel available at fees that they can afford. 

Similarly, I have found that small businesses are also underserved and are often unable to afford the legal counsel they need to protect their businesses and families.  The small business owner needs the same quality of counsel as a large corporation -- what I have found in working with small businesses is that many fail because they were afraid to seek professional assistance at the beginning of their venture and leave themselves exposed to significant liabilites that could have easily been avoided.

I do not believe that the profession of the law has been considerate of the needs of the everyday family and main street small business.  As a business owner and father myself, I understand the difficulty of day to day living and working and so I make my services available in the evening and weekends and I make house and place of business calls.
