Very Unprofessional Public Defender

He is a court appointed public defender that is most definitely not on his client's side. He is arrogante and he sits and cupcakes with the district attorney. He does not communicate with the client and assumes that you are guilty and does not do any investigating. While talking to him briefly about... my case literally last minute before the hearing , it was more of an interrogation rather that a meeting to help me with my case. He wasn't there to help me, he was there to hurt me. He was all for the D/A and keeps nothing confidential. I was going to make a statement that would have really helped my case and the next thing i know is that I am found guilty without any words allowed to be said by me. I could have done better representing myself and would not recommend him to anyone! if i was his son, he couldnt get me out of detention without getting me expelled for good. He is a piss poor attorney and if the court appoints him to you then you are better off representing yourself because he's not there to help you, he's there to hurt you by coercing you to take the deal that the D/A wants to give you and to take advantage of your ignorance of not knowing the law and is a part of the fraudulent court system. Its all a game to these people and they play it with peoples freedom and lives so they can be paid by signing with the blood of their victims. Dont trust him with anything because he doesn't care about you, he cares about what he can help do to you. It's not his life that he is messing up, it will be yours!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
