All depends on the source of the funds. E.g. bank statements, tax returns, income statements, stock portfolio, bill of sales....

My OPT EAD is going to expire on 1/29/13. My I-485 is pending due to evidence of request. My new EAD is pending from 85 days.

You cannot apply through your aunt for a green card. Only parents, spouses, or siblings can petition you.

An immigration arrest for a status violation does not count as criminal arrest.
