You can submit an extension request based on the pending request for your husband before your I-94 expires. This would keep you legally in the U.S....

You do not need to submit original degree certificates. Copies are fine but you must demonstrate that the degree was awarded to you.

You should be able to obtain a replacement I-94 if you provided enough information. Otherwise, you have to file a FOIA request with CBP.

You cannot stay in the U.S. in H-1B status if you resigned from the underlying job. You must file a change of status application before resigning....

You have to demonstrate good moral character within 5 years to qualify for
U.S. citizenship. Failure to register speaks against good character....

Your parents do not qualify for a visa through your H-1B status. Only
spouses and children under 21 do.
