It takes approximately 6 months to receive a decision on a I-130.
My overstayed friend chose voluntary departure. The judge said we could file a motion - what does this mean? On what grounds?

Hi, My L2, I94 & EAD expired on 10/23/2012. I got extension and new I 94. Can i still renew my EAD or i have to file new EAD?

You have to file a new I-765 along with all documents if your EAD expired and you want to get employment authorization.

Employer said they'll sponsor me for a green card when I become licensed ( 2 years ago). They haven't so far. Can I sue them?
