Regarding the Sale of our property. On the recommendation of a very experienced Sonoma County realtor, we contacted Len after having having received inaccurate information and guidance from another local attorney regarding the sale of our property. We were also confronting ongoing difficult, ...painful, and professionally inappropriate actions and inaction on the part of both the buyer's agent....and to our dismay and disappointment, with our own agent (who was Not a Sonoma County realtor). Regrettably , our own agent, after a great start, had become much more interested in their own commission than in representing us, our interests, or our intentions. It had come to feel as though the buyer had two agents working for them and we had none. In Len, we found a brilliant and experienced advocate and strategist, and a wise and compassionate friend. Len was truly and wholly committed to representing us and to creating the best possible outcome regarding the transaction. From the beginning, it was clear that in Len we had also found a terrific legal mind. Even though he did not represent us as our RE agent, with decades of experience in RE law and having his own real estate broker's license, he guided us step by step in what we needed to say and do, and in reviewing, and in some cases preparing, key documents. Even following the sale, Len stayed in communication and was genuinely interested in our well being. We remain deeply grateful and cannot recommend Len Curry highly enough.
