He does want to deal with foreign individual cases.
I asked the help of this Attorney and he rejected my case because I am not from the U.S. Totally unprofessional ethic by this guy who thinks he is an Attorney. No he is not. Less than zero attitude. He made his opinion and sorry I have to grade his awful professionalism.
