Theresa Rodriguez Fritz

Theresa Fritz was raised in Brooklyn, New York and received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree, in Political Science and Philosophy, from Binghamton University, after attending a Fine Arts program. She received her law degree from UCLA School of Law. Having been admitted in 1988 to practice law in California, she has over 30 years of experience as an Attorney. While she primarily practices in Northern CA, she advises clients in the Bay Area and throughout California. 

Theresa Fritz is bi-lingual, English/Spanish. She has extensive experience in Labor & Employment law. She counsels new and established businesses, advising on the legal aspects of running a business, including start-up, business organizational planning, Board planning, preparing contracts, Handbooks, and employee wage and regulation compliance, with an emphasis on advising and assisting clients to implement preventative measures. She advocates for her clients before government agencies (including the EDD and the Labor Commissioner) and represents Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations (including Churches) in litigation matters as well as Mediations and Arbitrations. Ms. Fritz' Fine Arts background allows for a unique insight into Arts related matters and the representation of Artists, Galleries and Museums.
