Biography
For more than thirty five years I have been representing individuals and families who have suffered significant losses due to injury or death caused by others. We have helped our clients recover for their harms and losses in cases involving dangerous premises, dangerous roadways, defective products, worksite injuries, auto, motorcycle and commercial truck crashes and recreational injuries. The majority of the cases we handle involve serious injury or death and are aggressively defended by our opponents. We work hard for our clients, have significant experience, work with integrity and compassion and have an excellent reputation. We have obtained some of the best results in northern California.
Our firm is involved in our community serving on local non profit boards, bar association leadership and committees and in supporting local schools as well as our law schools.
