I called David Chandler for bankruptcy and help with a loan mod nightmare and he wouldn’t even talk to me about what was happening unless I paid him money first! We’ve been through months and months of applications and having to submit documents over and over again and he just cut me off on the phone..., demanded money and said he would not do anything unless he got money first. Just rude and only cares about money. There are way better lawyers than him that will listen to you.
