Some years ago, I hired Mike Watters to represent me in a legal dispute involving another business. Mike and his colleagues were very clear and instructive during all aspects of the dispute. He counseled me on my alternatives, with both the pros and cons. Mike always maintained a positive, collaborative and upbeat attitude. During the deposition and the trial I felt like I was in good hands and was very happy to have Mike as my attorney. He was tough and aggressive with the opposition, which is what you want in a good litigator. He made the process of going through this dispute as positive and painless as one could hope. I would definitely hire Mike again if I ever needed a litigator again.

This review is a long time in coming.
Mike Watters represented me in an arbitration of a dispute between the buyer & seller of a business I was involved in. His knowledge of my case and the law, as well as the preparation he and his team provided me was excellent. Mike’s handling of the deposition and questioning of the buyer was right on target. The strength of the deposition led to very favorable results.
At all times, Mr. Watters was professional, respectful, appropriately forceful and on the mark with his statements and questions. I would certainly come back to Mike if the need arose.

Facing any sort of litigation is stressful, especially a divorce. Divorce is painful. It can be extremely ugly, nasty, and will bring out the worst in anyone. There are no winners in divorce and our children suffer the most. At my darkest moment, when the ex’s attorneys were literally bombarding me with motions, putting off paying support, doing everything possible to destroy my life and leave me with nothing, Mike Watters and his team stepped in, protected my custody, my future and ultimately settled my divorce case FAVORABLY, and my Marvin action as well. In a sense, I won, because if it were not for Mike Watters, my life would have been destroyed and for that, I am eternally grateful.
