If I could give more than 5 stars I would, pick up the phone and call him now! The insurance companies have a team of lawyers who do not have your best interest in mind, Mr. Schondel and his professional friendly staff will exceed your expectations on getting the care you need. The workers comp insur...ance company drag my case on for years and years with every legal maneuver possible, yet Mr. Schondel never wavered and was eventually able to settle my case for the maximum amount related to my injuries. Don’t hesitate; you need him on your side fighting for your legal rights!

I was hurt on the job in 2005; Mr Schondel look my case but pawned me off on a junior attorney until the court date when he reappeared, did not sit with me to discuss settlement (after a powwow across the room with the other side's lawyer.) He came to me with a low ball offer that did not even addres...s my original injury but minimized me to an insignificant condition relative to my true injury and its implications for future needs. In fact, the terms of my settlement prohibited me from EVER seeking help with the original inury; I truly felt let down, even 'sold out' by my own attorney. In hindsight I wish I'd not signed but insisted we go before the judge; I was just so dispirited and in chronic pain so I gave up just to end the circus. The junior lawyer filed a civil case for me but again we were railroaded; she wanted to file a federal case (and I found two important case law cases that would have applied to my situation, also there in California) but Mathew would not let her pursue that after all. We sat down with the other side with a Mediator, but again I was low-balled and it became clear to me that NO ONE in the Kneisler/Schondel office was really going to go to bat for me. I had the strong feeling the office just wanted to get the easy money and I was just on my own. Long story short, I've suffered and had complications over the ensuing years that put me on Disability, knocked me out of the job market, diminished my life dramatically.

Both me & my husband were injured at worked within 7 days of each other. We used this Lawfirm and they were very helpful !
