Represents institutional lenders as outside counsel in connection with all aspects of commercial real property secured transactions, including the negotiation and documentation of loan transactions (including bridge and mezzanine financing, and construction loans), loan workouts, negotiation and preparation of participation agreements and advising regarding foreclosure practices. Trevor’s expertise extends to the purchase and sale of distressed performing and non-performing loans.

Expertise in entity formation, governance and dissolution of business entities. Expertise in preparing asset, stock and membership interest purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements, and licensing agreements. Represented companies and owners in numerous stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures and other complex business and commercial transactions.

Expertise in complex real estate transactions, particularly, the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial and residential real estate. Expertise negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, option agreements, construction contracts, easement agreements, and other real estate related documents. Expertise with leasing, lease administration and other matters arising out of day-to-day property ownership, operation and management.
