I am a Sonoma County native and have been a litigation attorney with Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery since 2006. My practice focuses primarily on the representation of plaintiffs in significant personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits against large corporations and insurance companies. I have extensive experience handling cases involving injuries caused by general negligence, defective products, automobile accidents, and dangerous conditions of property. I have also successfully represented plaintiffs in employment related claims, consumer class actions, insurance bad faith claims, trust and estate litigation, and complex business litigation since joining the firm.
