Mr. Manwell’s practice includes complex real estate transactions, estate planning and business formation, non-profit entities, limited liability company and public agency representation. He heads the transactional and estate planning group at Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz.

Following that, he worked for two years in the lumber mills of Northern California before attending and graduating from law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1976. He was admitted to the California Bar in December of 1976. Prior to joining to Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in 2004, he had over 25 years litigation experience, representing clients in the family law, business, real estate and estate settlement areas. He represented numerous clients in trials and arbitrations throughout the North Coast and in the Federal District Court in San Francisco.
