Patrick has been my real estate attorney for many years. He wrote a partnership agreement and created a partnership for me back in 1993 for a piece of commercial property I still own in San Francisco. Since that partnership was formed, three of my partners have died. Each death resulted in major l...egal challenges to the partnership, which held up and protected my interests time and time again. I would say no less than a dozen of California's very best real estate attorneys came at that agreement with everything they had over the years, but I always prevailed thanks to Pat's skilled craftsmanship. The partnership has recently been successfully dissolved. Legal trouble is a terrible thing and something to be avoided. But, if you have to go through it, best to have a good legal support team.
