Stephen Charles Ferlmann

    Thank you for considering the Ferlmann Law Firm, the law firm for creditors.  In 2004, I  established this firm to concentrate my practice on exclusively representing creditors collecting both consumer and commercial obligations.  I am licensed to practice in California state courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California. I represent clients throughout the Central Valley and Northern California.  In 2008, I was appointed to serve as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court. This appointment and related experience has greatly expanded our expertise in handling our clients' claims in banruptcy related matters.

     Since establishing this firm, we have collected millions of dollars for our clients. Our firm has grown due in large part to our hardworking, experienced staff and our aggressive, no-nonsense approach toward representing our clients. We focus on achieving client goals rather than billable hours. We negotiate when it is worthwhile and litigate when necessary to recover an obligation.
