Alleged conduct: Client accused of kidnapping for rape or robbery as well as a laundry list of other serious felonies. Client looking at many years to life in prison. Jury verdict was mixed. Client was ... found not guilty on the most serious life charges but was found guilty on some of the other felonies. Because of clients extensive criminal record the client did have to go to prison but will be paroled. Case is pending appeal.
