Biography
With over 30 years of legal experience, attorney Steven Altman currently focuses much of his practice on debtor, creditor, and trustee bankruptcy representation. Mr. Altman also assists clients with commercial transactions and personal injury matters.
Mr. Altman maintains close ties to the Central Valley community, and is well-respected by his fellow bankruptcy attorneys and judges. For more than 15 years, he has been selected to serve on the Bankruptcy Court Liaison Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, which works to promote communication between attorneys and the courts. In addition, Mr. Altman has been invited several times to be a guest speaker and co-coordinator for the Federal District Court Conference in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, invitations to which can only be extended by judges.
Mr. Altman is dedicated to building long-standing relationships with his clients, some of whom he has been representing for more than 20 years.
