I went through a very horrible divorce, and an extremely difficult child custody battle. Robin would always listen to all of my concerns, and addressed them as best as she could. She was very sympathetic to the pain the difficulties put me through. She would always make sure that I had answers to all... of my questions in a timely manner. She never lied to me or try to sugar coat anything. She would just let me know the plain, and sometimes very hard, truths. She very patiently walked me through the whole long process. I truly believe the reason why we were so successful is because of Robin’s guidance, patience, knowledge and skill. After a 30 year marriage an extended separation I found it necessary to file for divorce. Ms. Reno was there for me every step of the way. Ms. Reno advised me that with a legal separation I could keep my medical coverage. This was very important to me. Please be aware that this is not necessarily true and I found I would not be allowed to keep my medical coverage because of my spouse's Company Contract. Ms. Reno had in the proposed j...udgement that my spouse could keep me on the medical coverage, not true. Two years and thousands of dollars later I signed the proposed judgement she had prepared and a very anxious 6 weeks later Ms. Reno told me the judge handed the proposed judgement back to her. Prior, she told me she never had a proposed judgement handed back to her and she was not worried about it and she could prove everything in the proposed judgement. Mind you, I am living in the residence with my spouse for those two tense and nerve racking years because she told me if I wanted the house I needed to live there. Another alert, you cannot get a legal separation judgement as long as you are living together. My advise would be to have a consultation with a Certified Family Specialist Attorney they have the legal answers you need.
