Patrick Bernard Greenwell

Before I moved back to North Carolina to be closer to my family, my personal life was an absolute mess which ultimately left me newly single and in financial ruin. The meeting was extremely informative, and he made me feel much more comfortable with the whole process. I felt like the decision I was making was embarrassing and shameful, but he was extremely compassionate and helped me to understand my own situation better. Moving forward with my filing was made much easier by his expertise and professionalism. I felt like I was slowly getting control of my life again, and he assured me that I was not alone, or necessarily at fault for the situation that I had entered. Since my bankruptcy was due in part to a messy divorce, it was nice to hear that for once.

I have recently gone through the Bankruptcy Process and it was made exceedingly simple by Pat. He was informative and very supportive and never made me feel bad about my situation. I had several nasty bill collectors and all I ever had to do is call Pat and it was handled. Most importantly, the ...day of my Hearing Pat was there early and got me through the entire process. I felt sorry for other people at the hearing, their attorneys were late or never showed up at all. Everyone in the waiting room was listening to what Pat was saying and many expressed the wish that he was their attorney.
