In the Court room, I was very pleased having him at my last hearing. His business card says everything you need. "Aggressive" it's a strong word and sums up exactly what I was looking for. Through the whole preparation of the paperwork, him and his team was very knowledgeable and performed in a ti...mely manner, I was stressing with the hearing date being so close. I have been extremely blessed to have found the Kalanta Law Office. After several months the back and forth in family court, I was granted custody of my Son and we are able to move to Texas to be with my side of the family. Just like the other review, he is does not do his due diligence.. I hired him to do a final settlement with the wife's attorney since her attorney would not respond to my settlement offers. It took him 9 months to do something that should have taken weeks... Charged a ridiculous fee and to zero out ...his books he sent me bogus billings to spend the last couple hundred dollars on account... What a dishonest person... Then to top it off he never sent me my final divorce papers. Terrible office personnel. Could have emailed, mailed, whatever, but no papers, it's been 1 1/2 years and I am having to request them again...Do not waist your time, money or stress with this guy and his firm... Absolutely should not be in business, especially in the legal business. He is very inexperienced... Shame on him......I would not recommend him to my worst enemy...

I signed Mr. Kalanta in 2014 for what I knew was going to be a long, drawn out and honestly brutal child custody battle. In 2017 we got it done, it was the right thing to do for my three kids, they were living in a horrible situation, Mr. Kalanta and his law team represented me well and got it done.... Yes, tough cases like these take a lot of hard work on both the parent and law firm, yes, it costs a lot of money to fight for custody of children, those were basic expectations of mine going into the legal preceding's, not knowing what the outcome might be is the unknown part of this, Mr. Kalanta and his law firm walked me through it all, every step of the way we did it together. Mr. Kalanta fought hard for me in the court room, had to deal with a very upset other parent that lost custody; he always stayed professional, even when I wanted to loose my cool. Mr. Kalanta is prior service Navy, I'm active duty myself, he understood the challenges of being on active duty but also fighting for custody, pay, benefits, military programs, he understood. I definitely recommend Mr. Kalanta and his legal team, if I have any future legal needs he will be the lawyer I turn to for help. Thank you Mr. Kalanta!
