Matthew Karl Hawkins

Mr. Hawkins joined McCormick Barstow after completing law school in 1987. He was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. Mr. Hawkins’ jury trial experience includes the representation of clients in a broad range of civil disputes. He has represented clients before the Fifth District Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. More recently he has been called upon to serve as a mediator in court referred and private mediations. In 1992 Mr. Hawkins relocated to Modesto, California, to open McCormick Barstow’s Modesto branch office.

Mr. Hawkins is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts for the State of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
