Kelly Renee Finley Nebiolini

Kelly is a bankruptcy and family law attorney. She helps people in financial distress eliminate debt and achieve a fresh start. In Chapter 7 bankruptcy, She helps consumers protect property from liquidation and eliminate unsecured debt. In Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Kelly aids consumers in creating a viable and manageable debt repayment plan. Kelly also aids clients dealing with difficult family issues, such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence.

Kelly was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in French. She  received her J.D. from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia. At the University of Richmond, she served as the Symposium Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. During law school, Kelly clerked for the Hon. Gerald F. Daltan, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, Stafford County, Virginia.

After law school, Kelly served as a Certified Children's Guardian ad Litem in Stafford County, VA and Fauquier County, VA. As a children's attorney, she was responsible for investigating claims of abuse and/or neglect of her minor clients and making recommendations to the court as to the child's "best interests." She aggressively advocated for the best interests of children who found themselves in the middle of contentious custody battles.  While working with families, it became obvious to her that one of the main problems plaguing most families in crisis was crushing consumer debt. As a result, when Kelly and her family moved home to California, she decided to include bankruptcy in her practice and help families and individuals not only deal with personal family issues, but also aid them in overcoming their financial difficulties.

Kelly, her husband Lon, and their four children, love living in Oakdale, CA. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing and soccer. Of course, she always cheers for all things San Diego State. Go Aztecs!
