John Michael Dunn

Mr. Dunn is a native of Illinois. He joined McCormick Barstow in 1993. In January 1999, he became an equity partner in the firm. Since January 1996, he has practiced in Modesto from the firm’s satellite office there. He is a resident of Modesto, California.

Mr. Dunn has significant jury trial experience in the Central Valley of California, including the counties of Merced, Stanislaus, Calaveras and San Joaquin. He routinely handles a wide variety of civil litigation. He also has served as a mediator through the Stanislaus County Superior Court.

The Modesto office handles matters in Merced, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Calaveras, Alpine, Amador, Tuolumne, Sacramento, and Placer Counties. Clients include public entities, national corporations, insurance companies and local businesses with civil litigation needs.

Mr. Dunn is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois.
