Eric Israel Gutierrez

Eric I. Gutierrez is an experienced personal injury attorney with Curtis Legal Group. He is a bilingual attorney, fluent in both English and Spanish, with over 15 years of experience helping injury victims involved in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, medical malpractice, and products liability cases. Eric has been practicing law in the state of California since 2005 and effectively uses his knowledge and negotiating skills to fight for the rights of his clients.

He graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1998. He earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2005, where he graduated with distinction and was a member of the Traynor Honor Society—a membership extended to students based on academic merit. While in law school, he worked at the Victims of Crime Resource Center, providing legal services and resources to victims and their families throughout the state of California. The Victims of Crime Resource Center has provided legal help to over 924,000 people.

Eric is a member of several legal organizations, including: the State Bar of California, the Stanislaus County Bar Association, and the Wray Ladine American Inn of Court. He is involved in his local community as the Secretary for the Latino Business Association Foundation. The Latino Business Association Foundation is a community driven organization that gives support to other non-profit organizations in the Latino community. Through member support and fundraising events, the Latino Business Association Foundation is able to grant scholarships to low-income, college-bound students in the Stanislaus County area.
