We had our initial consultation 1/29/14. By 2/2/14 he was paid in full ($1500), had all the documentation he asked for on 1/29/2014. He filed a skeleton petition on 2/21/14 but failed to file the balance of the documents on time and our case file was dismissed. We met him at the Meeting of the Cre...ditors 5 days after we were dismissed. He blamed the dismissal on a "mistake" made by the court clerk. He said he would file a motion to reinstate our case file and we would be back there in a month. Then a month later we checked the case file at the clerks office and found out he filed a day late on two occasions causing our dismissal. We went to his office without an appointment. At that time his secretary presented us with documents to resign and said Mr. Johnston would refile in a few days. That was almost two months ago. He does not answer phone calls, his secretary never answers questions but says she will return phone calls but never does. I've made 42 phone calls and 6 emails, a certified letter demanding a refund.....no response from them at all......... If you have an appointment with these jokers, run the other way as fast as you can.
