I bought mobile home from a person, who did not have title to the mobile home. It was my understanding, that the owner was buying the mobile home, so I assumed, the owner has the title. I put down deposit of $14,000. After that, the owner refused to complete the sale, asking for $5,000 additional mon...ey. I asked Daniel Jakob Ogden to resolve the issue in Mariposa County Superior Court.
