I was in a bind and risked my ex moving my children out of the county. I never signed for anything other than the retainer I provide and don’t recall even getting a receipt. Complained of me needing to be available when she calls, but had a full time job. After everything was said and done she made... decisions I never agreed to. Then months later I get a bill of charges that clearly my retainer should have paid for two meetings and two court dates.

Hired her to represent my 98 yo WWII vet father. She knew he had limited financial resources. Failed to provide promised documentation and delayed refund of retainer balance after poor performance, saying "There won't be much left." Talked a good game but didn't deliver, showing poor preparation f...or court and making excuses for failures. Often didn't respond to phone calls or emails and then complained about poor communication. Unprofessional in attitude and conduct.

Multiple times she procrastinated on things that I asked her to do, thereby costing me money. Because I had no money with which to pay her at the end, she quit doing anything for me, including things the Judge ordered her to do. She charged me for things she did that I did not ask for, and charge...d me for them. She was noticeably quiet in court when she should have been representing me. I could not recommend her for anything at this point.

Very distracted with other cases and does not listen to you when you are explaining your situation. Does not take the time to read over the documents given to her before she meets with you. Seems to be more of a womanizer. She tries to impose her personal opinions on your case rather than individuall...y preparing, as each person is different . Quick to accept money, slow to file and respond to your case. Shows NO kind behavior and even though she is working for you, she acts like she is doing you a favor and is very rude. She needs to be more courteous towards her clients, and let them speak before she shuts them down with her personal opinion. Bad attorney representation, errors in her responses on your behalf, and I would not recommend her for child custody cases.
