Harpreet Singh

I started my journey in 2008 when I came to the United States and started residing in the Central Valley region. I first got my real estate license within the first three-four months and started working on my business. I also continued my studies as a college student and ultimately graduated from California State University Stanislaus in Turlock, CA with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with Suma Cum Laude Honor).

I become a business owner when I was about 21 years old and working on real estate and business opportunity sales. I began to understand the ups and downs of running a business. While dealing with the buyer and seller disputes on regular basis, I got immersed in researching details about different cases where such situations arose and started finding interesting details about the laws. I like the research so much that I decided to become a lawyer in the future.

In 2013, I started my journey as a law student with Concord Law School now with Purdue University Global. I kept working on my brokerage business during law school. I begin to understand the legal rights and wrongs I was doing in my business. Finally, I graduated from law school (with Honors) in the summer of 2017 and passed the California Bar Exam on my first attempt in late 2017.

As a small business owner myself, I am naturally attracted to address the legal issues of other business owners. The issues may include lease agreements, entity formation and maintenance, employment relationship, real estate, and business transactions, and other related issues.
