My office focuses on representing business entities in commercial/business related collection matters, creditor rights cases (including creditor bankruptcy representation), and general business related matters. We also represent new and existing businesses in transactional matters such as contract formation and amendments, business formation and provide general business related legal advice. The office has represented both large and small business entitles.
We currently represent, or previously have represented, a large vehicle leasing company, a large franchisor of retail automotive services/sales franchises, a California local agricultural milk cooperative, a walnut plant/distributor, agricultural based trucking businesses and feed sales entities.
This office provides as a secondary area family law legal services. This includes, but is not limited to, dissolution of marriage cases, child custody disputes, child and spousal support cases, paternity cases and collection of overdue child and spousal support.
This office also does basic estate planning for individuals and couples. This includes preparing living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and related matters.
We stress actual ongoing contact between the attorney and the client for all matters.
